What is Xollam ransomware?

Xollam ransomware is one of the new variants of Mallox ransomware.
Xollam adds the .xollam extension to all file data names. For example, an image file titled "digital.jpg" will be changed to "digital.jpg.xollam". You can see the text file called “info.txt” changing to “info.txt.xollam”, etc.

When file data is encrypted, a FILE RECOVERY.txt ransomware note file document is created in all directory areas. This ransom note contains information on how to pay the ransom to unlock the encryption and other information.
